Apps that help you stick to your New Year resolutions.

The New Year is all about a fresh start, a new chapter labelled “my 2017 self” and it’s only normal to start the year with some New Year resolutions.

Here are some apps that will help you stick to your New Year resolutions.

If one of your goals is to be fitter this year, check out the app C25K ( Android/ iOS free).  The app will transform you from slow turtle to a jogging freak. The overall aim of the aim is to help you complete a 5k.

Kitchen stories  (Android/ iOS free) is an app all about trying new and healthy recipes that will have your taste buds dancing. Every week there is a new recipe and video tutorials that show you how to make the food.

If you’re sleeping pattern is all messed up or you struggle getting a full eight hours of sleep. The app Sleepfulness  (Android/ iOS free) can fix that, with a collection of audio tracks designed to help you sleep. It also includes extra packs for specific issues such as anxiety and pain. ( I am defiantly downloading this)
